What is this metabolic diet?

Our modern life style is producing an epidemic of overweight and chronic diseases which we try to control with pill popping and other gimmics. This approach has turned into a money making racket without taking into consideration the damaging side effects that these drugs and gimmics can have on our systems.

Think of your body as a chemical factory that produces and uses energy. We need energy to propel us through life and without energy we are clinically dead. Everything we ingest, including our food consists of chemicals that can cause havoc in our bodies (factories) by alterating our energy and hormone levels that affect our body functions. Just as there could be serious safety hazards when we bring certain chemicals in contact with one another, so we have the same small "explosions" in our bodies if we ingest foods that are not suited for our spesific system, leaving our metabolic pathways obstructed and malfunctioning.

We experience this as gaining weight despite our desparate efforts at eating less, cravings and the long term effect of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, raised blood cholesterol, gout, abnormal weight gain around the tummy area, unstable blood sugar levels and even full blown diabetes. WE TRUELY BECOME WHAT WE EAT!

Luckily, we now have a 100% scientific and holistic approach to achieve and maintain excellent health and high energy levels by taking charge of the different foods (chemicals) we put into our bodies (factories).

The Metabolic-Balance program was designed by a team of physicians, nutritional engineers and IT programming specialists in Isen, Germany incorporating more than 20 years of research into a personified nutritional plan that REALLY works.

The Diet Programme

A short 2 day preparation and detoxification phase is followed by phase 2 which consists of a minimum of 14 days where you are encouraged to adhere strictly to the prescribed eating plan. Phase 3 is more relaxed and not only allows "treat" meals, but also educates you how to experiment with food items that are not listed on your personalised nutritional plan.

Once you have reached your ideal goal for wieght and wellbeing you continue indefinitely on the 4th and final maintenance phase. By adhering to this phase with its basic rules for nutrition and excercise, you are set to maintain your weight, energy levels and feeling of wellbeing.
